A. We combine professional chauffeurs, a modern well-maintained fleet, transparent pricing, and 24/7 customer support. Every booking includes flight monitoring for airport transfers, and all our vehicles are sanitized before each ride. Our focus on punctuality and client comfort sets us apart.

A. Yes. Please request a child seat or accessibility assistance when booking. We can provide infant/booster seats free of charge (subject to availability) and have vehicles suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.

A. Absolutely. We offer one-way and round-trip transfers to destinations like Jinja, Mbarara, Fort Portal, and even cross-border trips (e.g., Rwanda, Kenya). An additional driver return fee may apply for one-way rentals – our team will provide a clear quote upfront.

A. Yes. All our drivers hold valid professional driving permits, have undergone defensive driving courses, and receive continuous customer service training. They are uniformed, courteous, and familiar with all major routes and traffic conditions in Uganda.

A. Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup. For airport transfers, free cancellation up to 2 hours before landing. Cancellations within 6 hours incur a 50% charge; no-shows are non-refundable. Contact us directly for any changes – we’re flexible when possible.

A. Yes! We offer luxury cars (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, SUVs) with professional chauffeurs for wedding transport, corporate events, and special occasions. Hourly or package rates available – please request a custom quote.

A. Yes. We operate with a valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license. Our company is registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), and all our vehicles have comprehensive insurance coverage, including third-party liability and passenger liability. Proof of license and insurance can be provided upon request.

A. To rent a self-drive car, you need:
  • A valid original driving permit (Ugandan or International Driving Permit for foreign visitors).
  • A copy of your passport or national ID.
  • A security deposit (refundable, amount varies by vehicle).
  • Minimum age of 23 years (or 25 for luxury/SUV models).
  • A signed rental agreement and liability waiver.

We offer both chauffeur-driven and self-drive options. For self-drive, fuel is not included, and mileage limits may apply for long-distance trips.
