A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit/debit cards, and mobile money (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money). Cash payments in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) or US Dollars (USD) are also accepted upon pickup. All payments are secure and receipted.

A. Absolutely! For all airport transfer bookings, our driver will meet you at the arrivals terminal with a clear sign displaying “Kafunda City Rides” and your name. We track flight delays and adjust pickup times at no extra charge.

A. Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% charge. For airport transfers, we allow free cancellation up to 2 hours before landing. Contact us directly for any changes.
